Besides very small rocks?
That’s right. A duck!
Every day when I go to grab lunch at work, there’s a little white duck hanging out by the doors to the cafeteria. I think he’s discovered that’s where all the exotic food comes from, so he just hangs out there almost all day… following people around.
Not all the time, mind you. In fact, most of the time he just sits there looking lethargic – pretending that he doesn’t actually want the juicy burger with fries in your takeout box. He’s not fooling me, though. I remember one day when he must have been especially desperate. I walked by, and he promptly stood up and began chasing me as fast as his little feet could waddle. A cafeteria employee happened to be passing by at the time, “The Aflac duck’s chasin’ ya, man.”
Anyway, that’s the end of the story… and that’s all I got for tonight.
Oh, and I checked up on the Old and New Project that I blogged about yesterday. Turns out you can’t just submit work. You have to be invited to be a contributor. Still, why not create some Bible-inspired work anyway? There’s a lot of material there to glean some inspiration.
So that’s it. That’s the end of this post. I’ll leave you with a little doodle of Punjee looking perplexed.
God bless, and good night.
